Haute Route Alps is a 7-day stage race with rankings/general classifications. \nHaute Route is an incredible event and one that gives the rider an unparalleled ‘pro’ experience. \nAlpine Cadence provides a complete package\, including accommodation and support for riders. \nThe Alpine Candence package ensures you enjoy this event thoroughly\, knowing that logistics are taken care of. \nThe 2023 edition of Haute Route Alps will take riders over 750 kilometres spread over seven stages. \nThere is around 20\,000 metres of climbing. \nThe event will start on August 20th in Megève. \nSeven challenging days later\, the event will culminate on the banks of the Mediterranean in Nice. \nFind complete details of the stunning Haute Route Alps on their blog. \nAs an official Haute Route Tour Operator\, we can offer a complete package that includes entry to the event. \nYou can also take advantage of our accommodation support package if you’ve already entered the event. \nYour entry to the event includes services provided by the Haute Route organisation. \nWe carefully design the Alpine Cadence accommodation and support package\, so you get the best possible environment to ride and enjoy this enormous challenge. \nWhat level of rider do you need to be to complete an Haute Route?\nDrop Alpine Cadence a line to discuss what level of rider you need to complete the Haute Route. \nWe will only encourage you to join us if we are confident that your riding level is strong enough. \nThat said\, the ‘cut off’ times in the event are generous\, and it’s an event that’s very achievable for most keen road cyclists. \nWe are proud that all the riders who have joined Alpine Cadence for previous editions of Haute Route have completed the event comfortably within the time limit. A record we intend to continue. \nRemember that as part of our accommodation and support package\, we offer an additional free coaching service in the months leading up to the event. \nCoaching ensures that you are as well prepared as possible for the challenge. \nAlpine Cadence event support\nHaving participated in and supported the Haute Route events since 2013\, we’ve gained lots of experience in providing the maximum support for riders. \nWe give riders the absolute best opportunity to enjoy and excel in the event. \nThe coaching aspect\, our feed station support and carefully thought-out hotel and meal choices make our package unique. \nWhat we include\nOur accommodation/support package includes the following: \n\nEight nights twin share accommodation in 2/3 star accommodation.\nEight breakfasts/4 dinners (lunches are included in HR entry).\nForward transport of baggage from hotel to hotel.\nTransportation to/from hotels to/from stage starts/finishes.\nTransport\, if necessary\, to/from daily briefings\nAlpine Cadence stand/tent in each Haute Route village to provide coffee\, snacks and a welcome place to recover post-ride.\nAdditional Alpine Cadence support within feed stations with personal ‘keep rolling’ feed/drink service.\nSupport from a qualified coach throughout the whole event\, with advice/briefings delivered daily.\nDaily mechanical support before and after each stage (mechanical support during the stage is provided by Mavic neutral support).\nTraining advice/coaching in all the months leading up to the event.\nAlpine Cadence team kit available at cost price.\nWelcome pack of energy bars\, gels and Alpine Cadence bidon.\nEnergy drink powder\, fruit\, and pastries throughout the event.\nTransfers from Nice Airport at the start of the event and to Geneva Airport at the end of the event (at designated times).\n\nThe Alpine Cadence package is in addition to the services provided to the rider by the Haute Route organisation. \nWhat we don’t include\n\nFlights.\nInsurance.\nSome evening meals.\n\nTravel information\nTalk to us before booking flights – we need to confirm that we can provide prompt airport pick-ups and drop-offs. \nPlease contact Alpine Cadence to find out more or to make a booking.
