The Etape du Tour will take place on July 11th 2027 and it’s going to be a classic!
This incredible and unique event gives amateur riders the chance to ride a mountain stage of the Tour de France with closed roads, feed stations and and a wonderful sporting atmosphere.
Full details of the 2027 event and our support package will appear here in the coming days, once the official announcement of the Tour de France route is made on October 22.
Our Etape du Tour package will accommodation, support and guaranteed entry to the event. Our experience of attending the event as well as our intimate knowledge of this part of the Alps means riders will be supported in the best way possible to create a seamless and memorable experience.
After competing in this amazing event riders will have the opportunity to stay on to watch the Tour de France itself. We’ll immerse ourselves into stages 10 and 11 of the Tour and watch the pros tackle the exact same course that we’ll have taken on in the Etape, just 3 days before!

What do we provide?
7 night Etape/Tour de France
- 7 nights of hotel accommodation, twin share
- 7 breakfasts
- Guaranteed entry to the Etape du Tour event. (extra cost)
- Guided rides on the Friday and Saturday prior to the event with a qualified coach.
- Mechanical support prior to the event.
- Coaching help and advice in the lead up to the event from a qualified coach
- Local transport to the event village as well as event day shuttle to and from the finish as needed.
What we don’t provide:
- Travel insurance.
- Lunches and dinners

Cost
7 night Etape du Tour trip: £TBC based on twin share accommodation
Single accommodation can be arranged, subject to availability, for an extra cost.
Travel information.
We will provide transfers from and back to Geneva Airport on Thursday July 8th and Thursday July 15th.
Ideally flights should arrive no later than early afternoon on July 8th and depart at lunchtime or after on July 15th.
We have some flexibility on pick up and drop off times, please let us know which flights you are looking at before you book them so that we can confirm their suitability and also so we can confirm the transfer cost.
Need to get home quickly after the Etape?
If riders just want to compete in the Etape and then head back home on Monday July 12th then we can arrange this. Contact us if you want to join us for a 4 night Etape du Tour weekend only.
